Luke Littler made yet another darts final at the Australian Darts Masters, but came up short in a disappointing manner at the Wollongong event.
Luke Littler was demolished 8-1 by Gerwyn Price, which saw The Iceman win his second World Series event of the year.
It was a disappointing defeat for Littler in what has been his breakout year and the 17-year-old took to social media to take a swipe at a comment made by a fan after the match.

Luke Littler responds to ‘lesson’ remark
After the PDC posted Price’s impressive victory on their Instagram account, Littler acknowledged a fan who commented ‘another lesson for little kid’ about The Nuke’s humbling at the hands of the Welshman.
The Premier League winner retorted ‘another 10 thousand for little kid’, pointing towards the the prize money he received for his final appearance Down Under.

Littler has become one of the most popular stars on the PDC since his 2024 World Championships final appearance and has over one million followers on Instagram.
The teenager is very active on the app and recently told LiveScore who his dream Manchester United signing would be via Instagram direct message.
Littler’s World Series run has been a triumph
Despite the disappointing final defeat in Australia, Littler has been imperious in World Series events this year.
The teenager has won two out of six international events, in Bahrain and Poland, and has also reached two finals in Australia and the Netherlands.
With no ranking money on offer for the events, however, the 17-year-old remains outside of the PDC top 20 at No. 23 in the world.
The next World Series tournament takes place in New Zealand on 16-17 August.
