After seven international events across four continents, the World Series of Darts finals get underway on 13 September.
The top eight players from the seven World Series events will be seeded for this tournament, including Dimitri Van den Bergh, Rob Cross, and Gerwyn Price.
Here are five players who could do well at the Amsterdam event.

Luke Littler
Luke Littler has been impressive in World Series events this year, winning the Bahrain Darts Masters and the Poland Darts Masters.
The 17-year-old has also reached two more finals, in Australia and the Netherlands so it’s a format that suits him.
The Nuke will head into the finals with a real chance of taking a third World Series trophy home which would put him on top for the entire calendar year.
Littler will get his campaign underway against Ross Smith.
Cameron Menzies
Cameron Menzies is the form player in the PDC right now, with an extremely high average and equally impressive doubling.
Matthew Edgar recently tipped Cammy to crack into the top 32 and a good performance in this non-ranking event will give him the confidence to do so heading into the World Championships.
Menzies has a tough first-round test as he faces number two seed Gerwyn Price, but there is the chance of an upset in Amsterdam
Michael van Gerwen
Michael van Gerwen is the defending champion of this event and will be looking to put in a great performance in front of his home crowd.
Mighty Mike has had a bit of an inconsistent World Series, having missed the Oceanic leg due to dental surgery, but he’s still picked up a trophy at the Dutch Darts Masters.
The Dutchman is the fifth seed at the event and will face Jonny Clayton in an opening-round clash.
Luke Humphries
World No. 1 Luke Humphries finally broke his World Series curse by winning the New Zealand Darts Masters in August.
The World Series had been his blind spot until that moment, but the Wollongong win could relieve some pressure heading into Amsterdam.
Cool Hand has won almost everything else this year, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him succeed in the Netherlands.
The number four seed faces Haupai Puha in the first round of the event.
Dave Chisnall
Momentum is a key aspect of darts and Dave Chisnall will be looking to capitalise on his Flanders Darts Trophy win on September 8.
Chizzy defeated Ricardo Pietreczko, Chris Dobey, Wright, and Gabriel Clemens to win the maiden tournament and that will give him confidence in Amsterdam.
Chizzy is unseeded and will face Wright again for a chance to make it to the last 16.
