Luke Littler gives the tour a glimpse of the future
Littler has had a very good debut year in the PDC, but it has been littered with various disappointments.
The Nuke crashed out of the World Matchplay and the World Grand Prix in the opening rounds and has suffered in Sky tournaments throughout 2024.
This Grand Slam win was near-perfect and his clash with Anderson in the semi-final was truly one for the ages.
The likes of Gian Van Veen, De Decker, and Wessel Nijman have been teasing a youth revolution on the tour over the last few months, but Littler showed everyone that his talents are the benchmark.
With the World Championship on the horizon, Littler could be about to become the top dog on the PDC Tour.
