The PDC Pro Tour is back this week as the top professionals in darts head down to Milton Keynes to try to pick up some valuable ranking money.
The race to qualify for the Grand Slam and the Grand Prix is well and truly on, and these floor events are where you make your money.
One man who will definitely be playing at both the Grand Slam and the Grand Prix is defending champion Luke Humphries.
Cool Hand is fresh off the back of a World Matchplay win, and, by the sounds of it, he’s continued to play well beyond his outing at the Winter Gardens.
Indeed, ahead of this week’s Pro Tour events, Humphries has shared a message on social media, claiming that his form is very sharp heading into these floor events.

Luke Humphries says his form is sharp
Humphries shared a message on social media, claiming that he’s feeling really sharp heading into these upcoming events.
“Looking forward to three days on the Pro Tour. My game is really sharp at the minute, and I’m looking to continue my form here,” Humphries wrote.
Luke Humphries is the man to beat on the Pro Tour
Luke Humphries is feeling great heading into this week’s Pro Tour events, and make no mistake about it, he’s the man to beat here.
Coming off the back of a major win, Humphries has a huge target on his back.
Interestingly, Humphries hasn’t actually won a Pro Tour event this year. He reached a final back in April, where he lost against Danny Noppert, but he’s not been anywhere near as dominant on the floor as he has been on the stage.
Humphries has been tipped to break the £2m mark on the Order of Merit, and if he is to do so, he may need to start picking up some more wins in these events.
