PDC Tour Card holder Wessel Nijman lauded Beau Greaves after the pair battled on the Development Tour.
Greaves created history earlier this year by becoming the first female player to win a Development Tour title.
Nijman tops that respective order of merit courtesy of five titles from 20 events.
Though the events are open to any gender, Greaves has called for the PDC to introduce more women-only tournaments.
After defending her Women’s World Matchplay last month, she said women will never be as consistent as men on the oche.
Despite the 20-year-old’s protestation, Nijman heaped praise on the Doncaster native and dismissed this.

Nijman says only his A-Game can beat Beau Greaves
The duo have clashed five times in their career, with the Dutchman winning every meeting.
Speaking to the Weekly Dartscast podcast, Nijman admitted he needed to produce his best stuff to get past ‘Beau ‘n’ Arrow’.
He said: “I think it is strange to play against a woman, but with Beau, it is really different because we know she is better than 95% of the men out there.
“It’s not like you should be ashamed when you lose against a fantastic player like her. It’s always a tough match, and I needed my A-Game to win against her.”
Greaves could be a top 32 player
Her ability is unquestionable, but Greaves has admitted consistency remains an issue with her game.
Lisa Ashton is the only female player to win a Tour Card through Q-School in 2020 but failed to retain her professional status.
Greaves is arguably the greatest women’s player ever despite her young age and if she chooses to compete on the PDC Pro Tour, she could be a serious threat.
The two-time World Champion has confessed, however, that this is not in her immediate plans, and she is happy flying the flag for the women’s only game.
Regardless of which path she chooses to pursue, she will likely experience success given her immense ability and stature on the oche.
