Premier League Darts 2024: Night 15 predictions as Luke Littler goes for three in a row

Add as preferred source on Google

The Premier League Darts 2024 heads into yet another night of action. This time, the formidable eight set their sights on Leeds.

Luke Littler currently leads the way in the tournament, by a country mile. He and Luke Humphries have now qualified for the Premier League Darts play-offs – but who will join them in their bid for the £275,000 prize fund?

Nathan Aspinall, Michael van Gerwen and Michael Smith all need big nights in Leeds, with the trio the closest to the two front runners currently.

It still is all to play for – so who will emerge victorious in Yorkshire? Here are our Premier League Darts Night 15 Predictions, brought to you by Cues and Arrows.

Premier League Darts Night 15 Predictions

Quarter Finals

Michael van Gerwen v Gerwyn Price

Although Gerwyn Price actually beat MVG in the last quarter-final of the Premier League Darts 2024 they faced off in, Van Gerwen will be hungry to close the deficit at the top of the table in order to advance to the play-offs, and we think he’s got the better of Price.

Luke Littler v Peter Wright

A real mismatch here. It really is a case of out with the old and in with the new. Luke Littler is electric, sadly, Peter Wright is now not. Littler all day here.

Luke Humphries v Rob Cross

Rob Cross was fabulous last week and even got the better of Luke Humphries in the semi-final, but we think the world number one will be back with a vengeance this time. He will edge it in Leeds.

Nathan Aspinall v Michael Smith

The tastiest quarter-final encounter of the night is the last. Both will be desperate for points, meaning we could be in for a thrilling game of darts. It’s tough to call, but going off previous meetings, we think The Asp has this in the bag. Just.

Semi-Finals

Michael van Gerwen vs Luke Littler

These two are always very equally matched, so it’s a tough first semi to call. However, purely going off recent form, you just can’t fathom Littler not advancing to his third consecutive final in the PDC Premier League 2024.

Luke Humphries vs Nathan Aspinall

Again, it’s a tough call. Aspinall has more on the line, but – Humphries’ undeniable quality should shine through.

Final

Luke Humphries vs Luke Littler

This is becoming a bit of a recurring encounter, isn’t it? The two Lukes are the undisputed best players in the world at the moment, pricing it week in and week out on the biggest stage. So who will come out on top? We’ll go Humphries on this occasion, but it should be a cracker in Leeds.
